David Shane
As a Marin County resident for more than 27 years, I have been an active member of the Bay Area community both and professionally and personally. I graduated from University of Wisconsin Law in 1983, and I have represented individuals and corporations. I have tried more than 75 cases to verdict for both plaintiffs and defendants, and I have numerous published State and Federal Court decisions.
For the past twenty-five years I have had the privilege of developing a small boutique litigation firm that has a healthy and active plaintiff personal injury focus. We have had considerable success including several seven figure verdicts and settlements, and uniformly excellent results for a vast number of clients. Our practice ranges from dog bite claims to catastrophic multi-million dollar personal injury cases.
As a result of my years of experience, I have a mastery of the issues involved in personal injury. I know the very best experts, I have worked against many of the top defense firms, and I am adept at evaluating and trying cases.
